Big Creek Senior Living offers an alternative to the run-of-the-mill assisted living facilities out there. A regular assisted living facility can house several dozen residents, who often times have to wait their turn for assistance. The ratio of caregivers to residents in Texas has a minimum requirement of 1 licensed nursing staff member for 20 residents. Big Creek Senior Living customizes your needs, taking in only 3 residents for every 2 caregivers at all times.
Personable and Affordable
Big Creek Senior Living is a Residential Care Home or a Type A facility for just 3 residents and therefore, we are more personable. We are an assisted living alternative located in Willow Park, TX. We are a healthy alternative to an assisted living because our size dictates more individual attention and an increased participation in physical therapy activities.
Standard package
Big Creek Senior Living's standard package includes daily meals, laundry, transportation and chaperone to doctor visits, calendar reminders for follow up visits, medicine reminders, and entertainment from all your favorite TV channels, such as HBO, Amazon Prime and more.
- Upon registration, every new resident receives a Comprehensive Assessment of their health.
- This is followed by an Individualized Service Plan (ISP), or Care Plan that the resident chooses.
- We stress healthy meals, on time medication reminders, a mandatory minimum of three showers a week and daily exercise.
- Before moving in, we encourage the importance of Advance Directives , such as a living will, a power of attorney or a health care proxy.
- Covid-19 vaccination optional.
