We are a residential care home with a ratio of just 3 residents per 2 caregivers, based upon residents' needs  and as identified in their Individual Service Plan.  

All staff are fully vetted with the following:

• Mandatory annual criminal history check.
• Mandatory employee misconduct registry check.
• Mandatory  annual nurse aide registry check.

All staff are trained on a regular basis with the following:

• New hires complete an orientation checklist of policies & procedures.
• Attendants/direct care staff complete 16 hours on-the-job training.
• Attendants/direct care staff complete 6 hours of annual continuing education, cooking lessons and first aid training.
• Evaluations for performance expectations.
• Emergency evacuation & procedures drills are practiced regularly. 
• 911 lift assist for falls.
