Prices start at $3500 to $6000 for a private room and bath, depending on the needs.   Special needs starts at $6000. Respite is $150 daily/$1050 weekly.

ALL SERVICES ARE PRIVATE PAY. 

Contract is month to month with a 30 day notice.

All pricing is approximate and subject to patient needs.

Included in the cost of Room & Board is the following

• Design your own menu for three daily home-made meals and snacks.
• Air conditioned rooms and private exits in most rooms.
• Daily Laundry service.
• Chaperone services to doctors.
• Calendar reminders for follow up doctor visits.  
• Medication reminders.
• Daily pharmacy pick-up.
• Entertainment includes  private television per room with Dish satellite, Netflix, Prime Video, and Internet access. Includes popcorn and soda on demand.
• Transportation and chaperone services to multiple medical visits malls, movie theatres, local library, grocery stores, hair stylist, nail salon, church, etc. for residents who can transfer.
• Shower monitoring and assistance with dressing and grooming. Excluded for independent seniors.
• Housekeeping. 
• Personal scheduling.
• Gym equipment monitoring is available with daily, one hour supervision. 
• Two caregivers are available day and night.
• Portable commode in-room available.

 Respite care $150 daily/$1050 weekly

• Leaving rehab? Stay with us a while, before heading home.
• Going on vacation? Leave your parents with us.
• Note: Only available when we are not at full occupancy of 3 persons.

Optional Costs

• Podiatrist for in-house visits is optional.
• Haircuts and pedicures in-house.
• Pets are allowed with a possible additional cost.  If staff is to maintain litter boxes, pick up dog feces, walk dogs, feed and transport to the veterinary clinic, etc. there is an additional $500 charge per month.

Security

• Security cameras in every room and baby monitor.
• Three alarm stations when windows & doors are opened.

This is perhaps the most important of all our services, because planning medical visits and communicating with your doctor's medical staff can be time consuming and often times technologically challenging to our residents. Logging into the doctor's website to complete a medical history form before the visit can be complicated, including emailing or faxing the paperwork.  

We want you to relax, and allow us to handle all the communications and planning for you!

From waking you up ahead of time, to transporting and accompanying you to your appointment and back. We are there for you from start to finish.  We even fill out the medical forms in the doctor portals online, before arriving at the appointment.

If you prefer not to attend a medical office, our residents' physician assistant already makes house calls on a regular basis or she will make a referral to a specialist.
